Dolemite (1975)

While a technical mess with some hilarious goofs, Dolemite still works, thanks to the energy and dedication shown on screen.

While it’s not the most cohesive film, The Battle of Love’s Return is a weirdly engaging early effort from Lloyd Kaufman.

While not the most accurate adaptation of Lovecraft’s story, Lurking Fear still works thanks to its excellent cast and foreboding atmosphere.

Featuring some of the craziest and most outrageous stunts yet, Jackass Forever is an excellent reminder of why the series is still prevalent.

While parts of it don’t quite work, Frightmare is a well-made mixture of old gothic horror and 80s slasher tropes.
